Do not sell my information

We do not sell or share your personal information — so there is nothing to opt out of. We are publishing this page anyway, because several state privacy laws require a clear route to ask, and because you should not have to take our word for it.

What we actually do with your details

We use them to contact you about the enquiry you made, and our own suppliers process them on our behalf to make that possible. We do not sell them, rent them, trade them, or pass them to other contractors or lead buyers.

How to make a request anyway

Email hello@contractor.institute with the subject line Privacy request and the phone number or email address you used. You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you
• send you a copy
• correct it
• delete it
• stop contacting you entirely

We respond within 45 days. An authorised agent may submit on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorisation.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal we treat it as an opt-out automatically. You do not need to do anything else.

Stopping calls and texts

Reply STOP to any text, tell us on a call, or email the address above. We process opt-outs within 10 business days and keep an internal do-not-contact record.
